Rhinoplasty
Rhinoplasty reshapes the nose — reducing dorsal humps, refining the tip, correcting asymmetry, narrowing wide nostrils, or straightening a deviated septum that affects both appearance and breathing. Art Ethic's senior surgeon offers both closed rhinoplasty (all incisions inside the nostrils) and open rhinoplasty (a small additional incision across the columella for more complex reshaping), selecting the approach based on the specific changes required. Where insufficient native cartilage exists for the planned reshaping, grafts can be harvested from the ear or rib without compromising those structures.

Classic Liposuction
Classic liposuction uses metal suction cannulas to remove localised subcutaneous fat deposits from the abdomen, flanks, thighs, chin, and other areas. Art Ethic also offers the Argo-Lipo variant — a plasma-heating technique applied via the same access incisions — which adds a mild skin-tightening element to the conventional extraction. The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia for most cases, with a tumescent pre-treatment to minimise bleeding and bruising. Laser Liposuction
Laser liposuction uses thermal energy delivered through fibre-optic cannulas to liquefy fat before removal, while simultaneously stimulating collagen production in the overlying skin for a tightening effect not available with standard liposuction. At Art Ethic the procedure is performed under local anaesthesia and is particularly suited to patients who have moderate skin laxity in the treatment area — where conventional liposuction might leave loose skin, the laser's thermal component promotes skin contraction. Bruising and downtime are also typically reduced compared to traditional fat removal techniques.
