About this treatment
Mastopexy — the surgical breast lift — addresses ptosis (sagging) by removing redundant skin, reshaping the breast mound, and repositioning the nipple-areola complex to a more youthful height. Unlike augmentation, it does not increase cup size; it restores the breast's position and projection using the patient's own tissue.

Surgery lasts approximately two hours under general anaesthesia, followed by a one-night stay at the MY CLINIC Dejvice surgical suite. During the procedure, internal sutures reshape and support the breast parenchyma (glandular tissue), excess lower-pole skin is excised, the areola may be reduced if it has stretched, and the entire nipple-areola complex is repositioned to sit naturally on the new breast mound.
