Joint MRI (Self-Pay)
Self-pay joint MRI at Neurofyzionet's Brno MRI centre covers the shoulder, hip, knee, elbow, wrist, ankle and hand at a flat published rate of 3,000 Kč per joint, including the radiologist's written report and imaging media. MRI is the gold-standard examination for soft-tissue joint injuries — meniscal and ligament tears, rotator cuff damage, cartilage defects and labral pathology — that X-ray cannot show. With weekday scanning until 22:00 and Saturday slots, the centre is a practical option for athletes and active patients who want fast answers without public-system waiting lists.
Joint MRI (Knee, Shoulder, Wrist)
Joint MRI at MR Centrum Titanium provides detailed imaging of the knee, shoulder, wrist and other joints, visualising cartilage, menisci, ligaments, tendons and bone marrow in a way no X-ray or ultrasound can match — and without radiation. It is the standard investigation for sports injuries, suspected meniscal or ligament tears, rotator cuff problems, unexplained joint pain and pre-surgical planning. Each joint is scanned in a 15–40 minute examination and reported by a musculoskeletal-subspecialised radiology team that includes several Ph.D.-level physicians. The centre's exclusive MRI focus keeps scheduling fast, with phone booking daily 8:00–16:00 at its central Brno location in the Titanium complex.
Joint MRI (Knee, Shoulder, Hip & More)
Self-pay musculoskeletal MRI at Sagena Frýdek-Místek images muscles, joints and bones in high detail — meniscal and ligament tears, cartilage lesions, occult fractures invisible on X-ray, and inflammatory or tumourous changes of the skeleton. Suitable for shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, ankle and the small joints of the hand. The 3T Magnetom VIDA is especially strong for cartilage, tendon and bone imaging, making this a go-to scan for orthopaedic and sports injuries; two joints can be combined at a package price.
MRI Shoulder (MR ramene)
Shoulder MRI at Klinika JL examines the rotator cuff, labrum, acromioclavicular joint, biceps tendon and surrounding bursae in one session on the Philips 3 Tesla scanner, without ionising radiation. Partial and full-thickness rotator cuff tears, superior labral lesions (SLAP tears), bankart lesions and subacromial impingement are reliably distinguished at 3 Tesla field strength, giving orthopaedic surgeons the anatomical detail they need before arthroscopy or repair. Self-pay price is 8,000 Kč for one shoulder. The clinic's daily 07:00–21:00 hours allow evening appointments around a sports season or pre-operative schedule.
MRI Knee (MR kolene)
Knee MRI at Klinika JL evaluates the menisci, cruciate ligaments, collateral ligaments, articular cartilage and joint effusion in a single 20–40 minute session on the Philips 3 Tesla scanner. Meniscal tears, ACL and PCL injuries, cartilage defects and bone marrow oedema are shown with a clarity that drives surgical planning for arthroscopy. The 3 Tesla field strength improves cartilage-to-fluid contrast and enables thin-slice acquisitions of the patellofemoral joint and tibial plateau surfaces. Self-pay price is 8,000 Kč per knee, and the clinic's seven-days-a-week schedule accommodates weekend sports injuries.
MRI Small and Medium Joint — Wrist, Elbow or Ankle (MR zápěstí / loket / hlezno)
Klinika JL offers 3 Tesla MRI of the wrist, elbow or ankle — three commonly injured joints where soft-tissue detail is essential for surgical planning. The Philips 3 Tesla scanner resolves the fine ligaments of the wrist (TFCC, scapholunate and lunotriquetral), the lateral and medial elbow compartments, and the ankle lateral and medial ligament complexes and tendons. Each booking covers one joint at 9,000 Kč. The scanner bore accommodates studies in natural limb position; the wide-bore 70 cm Ingenia option provides additional patient comfort when joint positioning requires an unusual arm posture.
MRI Hip and Limb Segments (MR kyčelních kloubů / stehna / bérce / paže / předloktí)
Klinika JL performs 3 Tesla MRI of the hip joints and major limb segments — thigh, lower leg, upper arm and forearm — covering the muscles, tendons, fascia and bone marrow of each region. The wide-bore 70 cm Philips Ingenia is available for hip and limb studies where patient size or positioning benefit from extra space. At 9,000 Kč per region, these exams are used by orthopaedic and sports medicine teams to characterise soft-tissue tumours, muscle tears, stress reactions, avascular necrosis of the femoral head, and hip impingement syndromes before surgical intervention.
