Fire & Ice Contrast Therapy
A 45-minute private contrast therapy session combining a choice of infrared or steam sauna with a cold plunge held at 45 degrees Fahrenheit. Guests alternate between heat and cold at their own pace in a fully enclosed private room with music controls and adjustable lighting. The combination of vasodilation from heat and vasoconstriction from cold is associated with improved circulation, reduced muscle soreness, and enhanced recovery. A guest add-on for US$20 allows a second person to share the room. Available at both the Mission and Marina locations, with introductory pricing at US$40 per session in a 3-pack for new clients.
Contrast Therapy
A structured 45-minute hot-cold circuit alternating between sauna and cold plunge in Super Young's dedicated wet zone. The rapid temperature shifts create a vascular pump effect — blood vessels dilate in the heat then constrict in the cold — boosting circulation, flushing metabolic waste, reducing inflammation, and accelerating recovery. The protocol typically involves three to four rounds of heat followed by cold immersion, with rest between cycles.
Contrast Therapy
A 10-to-20-minute contrast therapy session alternating between sauna heat and ice bath immersion. The repeated cycling between heat and cold drives vasodilation and vasoconstriction, creating a vascular pumping effect that may support circulation, lymphatic drainage, and nervous system conditioning. Clients control the pace of alternation to match their tolerance and goals.
Supercharge Circuit
A guided 60-minute multi-modality recovery circuit that moves through the RE:SET room (infrared sauna and cold plunge contrast therapy), whole-body cryotherapy at minus 110 degrees Celsius, and a red light therapy pod. The sequence is designed to stack the benefits of heat exposure, cold shock, and photobiomodulation into a single structured session.
