The department has undergone continuous equipment modernisation, most recently with the installation of AIDR (Adaptive Iterative Dose Reduction) software on the CT scanner, which reduces patient radiation exposure by 50–80% compared to conventional CT protocols while maintaining diagnostic image quality. International and self-pay patients are supported through SurGal Premium, the clinic's dedicated foreign-client department at premium.surgalclinic.cz, staffed by coordinators who arrange the full pathway of care including appointments, interpretation support, and post-procedure follow-up. Healthcare at SurGal Clinic is contracted with all Czech health insurance companies for eligible Czech patients. English-speaking staff are available through the Premium department. CT examinations are available by appointment on weekdays. The clinic operates an inpatient service 24/7, a pharmacy and outpatient clinic on weekdays, and a specialist back-pain minimally invasive treatment centre on site.
