SENSOR23 is a health and wellness centre in Barcelona's Gracia neighbourhood combining mental health services, brain rehabilitation, and a dedicated IV therapy department. The clinic is led by Dr. Igor Dolgushin (Doctor of Medicine, 17 years in medical organisation management) with IV treatments overseen by Dr. Heberto Navarro, a specialist in intensive care and emergency medicine. All infusions are administered under certified physician supervision with pre-procedure diagnostics, continuous vital monitoring, and single-use sterile systems using a Lactated Ringer's base solution. The IV menu covers nine drips spanning energy, immunity, detoxification, beauty, anxiety relief, hangover recovery, and two tiers of NAD+ therapy (50 mg and 100 mg).
