Premier Smile is the orthodontics and clear-aligner department of Premier Clinic, one of the largest private aesthetic medicine clinics in the Czech Republic, located on Jungmannova street in the centre of Prague 1. Led by MDDr. Margaréta Krištoff, the practice specialises in Spark clear aligners — transparent, custom-made foil aligners sold in tiered plans from Spark 10 (mild crowding, 10 aligners) through Spark 20 and Spark 35 up to Spark Advanced with an unlimited number of aligners for complex bite corrections. The quoted price is guaranteed for the entire course of treatment, children under 18 receive a 2,000 Kč discount, and interest-free instalment plans start from 899 Kč per month. The clinic occupies more than 800 m² in a building designed by architect Jaromír Pizinger and is unusually well equipped for an orthodontic practice, with intraoral scanning, panoramic X-ray and cone-beam CT (CBCT) on site, full 3D visualisation of the expected end result before treatment begins, and a mobile app for remote treatment monitoring that reduces in-person check-ups. Aligners are typically fitted within two months of the first consultation. The clinic also provides professional dental hygiene and Philips Zoom! and Pure Whitening teeth whitening through its certified hygienist. Free reserved parking is available in the building's garage, and the clinic is private with direct client payment (no insurance contracts).
