Clients seriously considering treatment can book the 2,500 Kč diagnostic consultation, which adds a 3D intraoral scan and dental X-ray — producing the data needed for an exact treatment plan, aligner count, and a guaranteed final price. Aligners are typically fitted within two months of the first consultation.

The consultation is the entry point to clear-aligner treatment at Premier Smile and determines which Spark tier — if any — fits your case. **Basic consultation (500 Kč, ~30 minutes):** The orthodontist examines your teeth and bite, discusses your aesthetic goals, and explains whether your malocclusion is mild (Spark 10 territory), moderate (Spark 20), or complex (Spark 35 / Spark Advanced, or aligners combined with fixed appliances). You'll also receive an overview of pricing, the 2,000 Kč under-18 discount, and interest-free instalment options. **Diagnostic consultation (2,500 Kč):** Adds full records: a 3D intraoral scan (replacing conventional impressions) and dental X-ray imaging. With CBCT available on site, the team can evaluate the maximum safe movement of individual teeth — a level of planning precision few Prague orthodontic practices offer. From these records the clinic builds a digital treatment plan with a 3D visualisation of the expected final result and issues a binding, guaranteed price for the full treatment. **After the consultation:** If you proceed, the treatment plan is confirmed and aligners are usually fitted within two months.
