Plunge Club

Plunge Club occupies the third floor of a heritage building at 38 North Canal Road in Singapore's CBD fringe, offering one of the city's most spacious cold therapy and heat conditioning environments. The centrepiece is a traditional Finnish sauna with capacity for 30 or more people, complemented by two dedicated cold plunge pools maintained at 4°C and 8°C to allow progressive temperature exposure. The venue also features a recovery and listening lounge where members can decompress between contrasts. Guided breathwork sessions, sound baths, and DJ-accompanied recovery events are woven into the programming calendar, making Plunge Club as much a community space as a recovery facility. Sessions are structured as timed all-access passes covering sauna, cold plunge, and lounge use, with both casual single-visit options and monthly or annual memberships available. Towel hire and rental swimwear are provided on-site. The venue is a short walk from Clarke Quay and Raffles Place MRT, making it accessible during the working week for corporate members and at weekends for leisure visitors.
