Plunge Club's cold therapy offering centres on two purpose-built cold plunge pools maintained at 4°C and 8°C respectively, allowing guests to choose their level of thermal challenge or progress between temperatures across a session. Cold water immersion at these depths triggers a cascade of physiological adaptations — vasoconstriction followed by vasodilation on exit, elevated norepinephrine and dopamine release, reduced inflammation markers, and enhanced recovery for active individuals. The 8°C pool is well-suited to those new to cold exposure, while the 4°C pool is among the coldest available in any public Singapore facility, appealing to cold therapy veterans and athletes pursuing maximal adaptation. Access to the plunge pools is bundled with the Finnish sauna and recovery lounge as part of an all-access session pass, enabling the contrast therapy protocol (heat → cold → rest) that underpins much of the venue's recovery methodology. Guided breathwork sessions — drawing on Wim Hof and box breathing techniques — are offered on the programming calendar to support breath control before cold immersion. Single-visit all-access passes start at SGD 52; off-peak passes (weekdays 10am–5pm) are SGD 39. Monthly memberships from SGD 189 unlock unlimited access.
