Kriosonik is a dedicated cryotherapy centre in Warsaw's Targówek district, specialising in whole-body nitrogen cryotherapy and shockwave therapy. The facility uses a nitrogen-cooled cryochamber that reaches temperatures between -120°C and -160°C, delivering 2-3 minute exposures designed to trigger systemic anti-inflammatory and analgesic responses. Local cryotherapy is also available for targeted treatment of specific joints and muscle groups using directed nitrogen vapour. The centre combines cryotherapy with radial and focused shockwave therapy for musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Shockwave sessions target chronic tendinopathies, plantar fasciitis, calcific shoulder, and other conditions where acoustic pressure waves stimulate tissue repair and pain relief. A combined cryotherapy-plus-shockwave protocol is offered for patients who benefit from both modalities in a single visit. Kriosonik operates on a self-pay model with pricing that makes regular cryotherapy use accessible. A single whole-body session costs 40 PLN, with volume packages reducing the per-session cost significantly — 35 PLN per session in a 10-pack (350 PLN total) and 30 PLN per session in a 20-pack (600 PLN total). The centre is open Monday to Friday and accepts walk-ins, though booking by phone or through the website is recommended to secure a preferred time slot.
