HOT SPOT Saunarium

HOT SPOT Saunarium is a dedicated sauna facility in Kraków's Podgórze district, offering six distinct thermal zones under one roof. The saunarium includes an infrared sauna zone (up to 50°C with IR-A/B/C radiation), a Finnish dry fire sauna reaching 100-110°C, an herbal sauna infused with essential oils at 70-75°C, a steam bath at 40-50°C with near-total humidity, a brine inhalation cave, and a cold plunge and relaxation pool area. Entry to HOT SPOT is time-based rather than per-treatment: a 1-hour pass costs 55 PLN and grants access to all six sauna zones. Longer stays are available at 80 PLN for 2 hours, 95 PLN for 3 hours, and 125 PLN for an unlimited OPEN pass until closing. A 10-visit unlimited pass is available for 950 PLN. MultiSport Plus and Medicover Sport benefit cards are accepted. Overtime beyond the purchased block is charged at 5 PLN per 10 minutes. The facility runs professional sauna ceremonies (aufguss rituals) featuring heated stones, essential oil infusions, and guided breathing. These rituals are included in the OPEN day pass and occur on a posted schedule. The saunarium maintains a calm, adults-only atmosphere focused on thermal wellness and recovery.
