The facility is built around the concept of hot and cold contrast therapy, offering individual semi-private pods each equipped with a personal infrared sauna (heating the body directly at 45–60°C) and a cold plunge at either 4°C or 8°C. A fully private suite with its own sauna and 4°C cold plunge is also available for those seeking complete seclusion. The space draws on Japanese bathhouse aesthetics — dark woods, Noguchi lamps, rich fabric wall features — to create a calm, sensory retreat from the city. Beyond the bathhouse, Hideaway offers therapeutic massage (45–120 minutes), reflexology, and combination packages such as The Recharge (30-minute bathhouse + 30-minute massage). A tea lounge provides a post-session recovery space. Monthly unlimited bathhouse memberships are available alongside off-peak session pricing for regulars.
