A 45-minute private contrast therapy session combining a choice of infrared or steam sauna with a cold plunge held at 45 degrees Fahrenheit. Guests alternate between heat and cold at their own pace in a fully enclosed private room with music controls and adjustable lighting. The combination of vasodilation from heat and vasoconstriction from cold is associated with improved circulation, reduced muscle soreness, and enhanced recovery.
