The Health Check Plus builds on the Basic Check's cardiovascular and metabolic screening by adding two imaging modalities that significantly broaden diagnostic reach. The chest X-ray evaluates lung parenchyma, cardiac silhouette, mediastinal structures, and the thoracic skeleton — detecting conditions from pulmonary nodules and pleural effusions to early signs of cardiac enlargement that laboratory tests cannot reveal. The multi-organ ultrasound component is where the Health Check Plus delivers its greatest incremental value. Thyroid ultrasound screens for nodules and structural abnormalities in a gland where incidental pathology is common but rarely symptomatic until advanced. Abdominal ultrasound evaluates the liver (fatty infiltration, focal lesions, hepatomegaly), gallbladder (stones, polyps), pancreas (cysts, masses), spleen, and kidneys (stones, cysts, hydronephrosis). Pelvic ultrasound adds bladder and reproductive organ assessment. These are organ-level evaluations that blood markers either cannot detect or detect only at late stages. All Basic Check components are retained: physician consultation, extended blood laboratory, urinalysis, resting and exercise ECG, body composition measurement, and breakfast. The programme runs approximately five hours, making it a full-morning commitment. A closing consultation integrates laboratory and imaging findings into a unified health assessment.
