About this treatment
The Discovery Package is how most new clients first experience Super Young. Over 70 minutes, you rotate through three of the clinic's flagship modalities — cryotherapy, red light therapy, and contrast therapy — with a guided tour of the full facility.
The session typically begins with the facility tour, where staff explain each modality, the wet and dry zones, and how different treatments complement each other. You then move through:
- 1 Cryotherapy: Three minutes in the CryoBuilt Everest Ridge at −115°C (with full health screening and gear provided)
- 2 Theralight 360: 15–20 minutes in the full-body red and near-infrared LED bed
- 3 Contrast therapy: Hot-cold rounds in the wet zone — sauna followed by cold plunge
