The duo cryotherapy session lets two people experience Super Young's CryoBuilt Everest Ridge chamber side by side. The Everest Ridge is a walk-in electric chamber large enough for two, maintaining −115°C throughout the three-minute active window.
Both participants receive the same health screening and protective gear (gloves, socks, headband, robe). Having a partner in the chamber can make the experience less daunting for newcomers and adds a social element to what might otherwise feel intense. The physiological response — endorphin release, vasoconstriction, cold shock protein activation — is identical to a solo session.
