With unlimited time, guests can design extended thermal circuits that fully exploit the variety of heat sources. A typical long session might begin with 15 minutes on the ganbanyoku volcanic stone bed for gentle far-infrared warming, progress to 10-15 minutes in the Finnish sauna for peak heat stress, followed by a cold plunge or cold shower for contrast therapy, then 20 minutes of rest in the salt grotto before repeating the cycle with the biosauna or steam bath.
