Local cryotherapy uses a directed nitrogen-vapour applicator to deliver pinpoint extreme cold to a specific body area — typically a joint, tendon, or localised inflammation site — without subjecting the whole body to the chamber. A standard local session runs up to 3 minutes per area at the standard rate; an extended session runs up to 6 minutes. Studio Náskok also operates a separate cryocosmetics service — local cryo applied to facial / aesthetic indications (skin tightening, lymphatic drainage, post-procedure cooling) at a 10-minute session length and a higher per-session price reflecting the cosmetic positioning.

The studio additionally rents portable cryo equipment for short-term home use (weekend or 1-week rental) and sells liquid nitrogen refills and bulk litres for clinics or trainers operating their own gear.
