MRI of a single shoulder joint evaluating rotator cuff tendons, glenoid labrum, and glenohumeral structures on 3T or 1.5T.

The shoulder MRI at Skanmex provides detailed assessment of the rotator cuff tendons, glenoid labrum, long head of biceps tendon, and glenohumeral joint capsule. The protocol includes coronal oblique, sagittal oblique, and axial sequences optimized for shoulder anatomy. At 1,000 PLN on 3T (900 PLN on 1.5T), the examination detects rotator cuff tears and tendinopathy, labral lesions, subacromial bursitis, and glenohumeral instability. The 3T platform provides enhanced detail for subtle partial-thickness tears and labral variants that may require arthroscopic intervention. The radiologist reports on each rotator cuff tendon individually, grades any labral pathology, and assesses the acromioclavicular joint and subacromial space for impingement features.
