Normatec compression therapy at Ritual Biohacking uses the Normatec 3 system — the latest generation of Hyperice's pneumatic compression boots. The device consists of leg-length attachments that wrap around the feet, calves, and thighs, connected to a control unit that manages pressure and timing.
During the session, the boots inflate sequentially from the feet upward using a patented pulse massage pattern. Each section inflates, holds, and then releases in a wave that travels up the leg.
