REVA Social Wellness is a purpose-built contrast therapy club located at 10A Exeter Road (TRIFECTA), steps from Somerset MRT in central Singapore. The facility centres on hot–cold contrast therapy — a protocol shown to boost circulation, accelerate muscle recovery, reduce inflammation, and regulate the nervous system. REVA operates twin cold plunge pools (5–7°C for the advanced lane, 10–12°C for the gentler entry lane), a 41°C outdoor heated pool, and Singapore's first outdoor Finnish sauna. The design is intentionally communal: towels, swimwear, and lockers are provided, no booking is required, and the space is built for recovery to feel social and accessible rather than clinical or exclusive. Day passes are SGD 38 for unlimited all-day access, with multi-visit packs and monthly unlimited memberships available for regulars. REVA is open daily 7am–10pm and targets wellness-conscious urban professionals, athletes, and anyone seeking a recovery ritual in central Singapore.
