Personalised resilience and stress management programme delivered by clinical psychologists, targeting burnout, chronic stress, anger management, and work-life balance through evidence-based psychological techniques.
Resilienz Clinic's Resilience Building programme addresses the growing burden of occupational stress, burnout, and stress-related psychological difficulties in Singapore's high-pressure professional environment. Delivered by the clinic's team of senior clinical psychologists — including Dr Suellen Lee (Ph.D Clinical Psychology, California-licensed) and Dr Yen P Wong (DClinPsyc, HCPC-registered) — the programme is tailored to the individual's specific stressors, coping style, and life context. Therapeutic modalities used include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) principles, and psychoeducation around stress physiology and the stress-burnout continuum. The programme typically involves structured sessions covering: identifying and modifying unhelpful thought patterns that amplify stress; building practical coping and problem-solving skills; developing assertiveness and boundary-setting in professional contexts; anger management where relevant; and sustainable lifestyle adjustments. The clinic's unique adjunct offerings — such as Walk-A-Talk Therapy (therapy conducted during a guided walk) — can be integrated for suitable clients as an alternative to traditional sitting therapy. Group workshops and corporate mental resilience talks are also available on request. The programme is appropriate for individuals experiencing work-related burnout, high-functioning anxiety, perfectionism, or the psychological impact of major life transitions. Private and confidential; sessions available Monday–Friday and selected Saturdays.
