Whole Body Internal Check

A full internal medicine screening programme without MRI imaging, covering all cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic, and laboratory assessments from the Premium package. The programme includes echocardiography, carotid and abdominal ultrasound, rest-ECG, ergospirometry, bodyplethysmography, BIA body composition analysis, ocular fundus measurement, ankle-brachial index testing, and comprehensive laboratory diagnostics with over 65 blood parameters. Results are reviewed in a same-day consultation with an internist or cardiologist.

The Whole Body Internal Check delivers the complete internal medicine component of the Premium programme for patients who prefer not to undergo MRI imaging or who want a thorough clinical assessment at a lower price point. The programme spans approximately six hours and follows the same coordinated single-day format with a private room assignment and dedicated care team. Cardiovascular assessment includes echocardiography, carotid artery ultrasound measuring intima-media thickness and plaque, and ergospirometry stress testing on a bicycle or treadmill. The ankle-brachial index screens for peripheral arterial disease — an early indicator of systemic atherosclerosis. Respiratory function is evaluated through bodyplethysmography, which measures lung volumes and airway resistance more precisely than standard spirometry. The laboratory panel is identical to the Premium package: over 65 parameters covering a complete blood count, comprehensive metabolic panel, lipid profile, liver and kidney function, thyroid screening, coagulation markers, immunoglobulins, inflammatory markers, vitamin D3, vitamin B12, folic acid, and a cardiac risk profile. Men receive additional PSA, testosterone, and SHBG testing. All findings are synthesised in a detailed consultation with an internist or cardiologist, who provides personalised recommendations and a written report.
