The most comprehensive screening programme at radprax, combining whole-body 3T MRI with a full internal medicine assessment across a full-day visit. Thirteen examination stations cover whole-body MRI and MRA imaging, echocardiography, carotid and abdominal ultrasound, rest-ECG, ergospirometry, bodyplethysmography, body composition analysis, ocular fundus measurement, and ankle-brachial index testing. Laboratory diagnostics include over 65 blood parameters spanning a complete blood count, metabolic panel, cardiac profile, thyroid function, coagulation markers, immunoglobulins, and sex-specific hormones. The day concludes with a detailed results discussion with both an internist and a radiologist.

The Premium Whole Body Check is designed as a single-day executive screening that consolidates what would normally require multiple specialist appointments into one coordinated programme. Patients arrive at approximately 08:00 and are assigned a private room with shower, WiFi, and television. After blood draw and medical history consultation, the programme proceeds through MRI imaging, cardiovascular assessment, respiratory function testing, and metabolic screening. The MRI component uses a Siemens MAGNETOM Vida 3T scanner with BioMatrix technology, one of the earliest deployments of this system worldwide. Whole-body MRI covers the brain, organs, and spine, while whole-body MRA maps the arterial vascular system. This radiation-free imaging provides high-resolution soft-tissue contrast suitable for detecting tumours, vascular abnormalities, and structural pathology across all major organ systems. The internal medicine workup includes echocardiography with stress testing via ergospirometry, carotid and thyroid ultrasound, abdominal ultrasound, lung function via bodyplethysmography, peripheral vascular screening via ankle-brachial index, and body composition analysis via BIA. Laboratory work covers over 65 parameters including a cardiac risk profile with troponin, pro-BNP, lipoprotein(a), and homocysteine. The programme finishes around 16:00 with a comprehensive results discussion and a folder containing all documentation and image data.
