The appointment is conducted by one of the clinic's specialist orthodontists — all trained at the 1st Faculty of Medicine, Charles University. During the consultation the orthodontist will: - Visually examine your teeth, bite (occlusion), and jaw relationship (skeletal relationship between upper and lower jaws) - Assess your facial profile and the relationship between your lips, chin, and nose — relevant for understanding aesthetic outcomes - Review any existing dental X-rays you bring (orthopantomogram / OPG, lateral cephalogram if available) - Discuss your concerns, treatment goals, and timeline expectations - Outline the treatment options that would be suitable for your case — Invisalign, Spark, or fixed braces — with a brief explanation of the differences - Advise on appropriate timing (particularly for children/teenagers where jaw growth stage affects treatment planning) - Explain the next steps: if you wish to proceed, an initial comprehensive examination (4,000 Kč) is scheduled for detailed records, followed by a free treatment plan consultation.
