Whole-body cryotherapy at One Thirty Labs takes place in a CTN (Cryotech Nordic) electric cryochamber operating at -130°C — the temperature that gives the studio its name. Unlike nitrogen-based systems where the head remains above the chamber, this electric unit encloses the entire body including head and neck, providing uniform cold exposure across all surfaces.
