CryoBioLifting at Mráz léčí applies a controlled nitrogen cold stream to the face, neck, and décolleté over 10 minutes to stimulate collagen production, reduce puffiness, and tighten skin tone through thermally-driven microcirculation. The sub-zero air stream causes rapid superficial vasoconstriction followed by reactive hyperaemia — an increase in local blood flow — which may support firmer skin texture and a reduction in under-eye oedema. Unlike invasive facial treatments, CryoBioLifting is completely non-surgical, requires no downtime, and can be performed before a special event or as part of a regular skin-care maintenance programme. The session is delivered by Mráz léčí's cryotherapy team in the same clinical environment as their whole-body and sport-recovery treatments.

CryoBioLifting is a non-invasive facial cryotherapy protocol developed specifically for skin rejuvenation, leveraging the same nitrogen-powered cold-air technology used in Mráz léčí's sport-recovery and pain-management services. During a 10-minute session, the therapist moves a precision nozzle across the face, neck, and décolleté at a controlled distance, delivering a continuous −150 °C air stream that rapidly cools the superficial skin layers without causing frostbite or tissue damage. The therapeutic mechanism is founded on the skin's response to acute cold: cutaneous blood vessels constrict immediately (vasoconstriction), reducing puffiness, diminishing the appearance of redness, and producing a transient tightening effect. As the skin rewarmer over the following minutes, reactive hyperaemia brings a surge of oxygenated blood to the dermis and epidermis, which — with repeated sessions — may stimulate fibroblast activity and collagen remodelling. Clients typically notice an immediate brightness and tightening effect post-session; with a course of 6–10 sessions spaced three times weekly, improvements in skin elasticity and tone are more durable. CryoBioLifting is distinct from facial icing, cryo-rollers, or gel-mask cryotherapy in that it achieves a significantly lower and more uniform surface temperature across the treated area without direct skin contact — minimising the risk of uneven cooling or mechanical trauma to fragile facial structures. The technique is particularly suited to clients with puffiness from lymphatic sluggishness, post-inflammatory redness from acne or rosacea, or early-onset loss of facial firmness. At Mráz léčí, the treatment is performed in the same facility as whole-body cryotherapy and local spot treatments, making it straightforward to schedule a face-and-body cryo session on the same visit. No anaesthesia or post-session care products are required. Contraindications include active skin infections, open wounds on the face, cryoglobulinaemia, and hypersensitivity to cold. Clients with rosacea or eczema should discuss individual suitability with the therapist beforehand, as cold may exacerbate flares in some presentations.
