Mobile Pathology's Employee Health Screening brings professional pathology collection directly to the workplace, making staff wellness programs practical and accessible. A team of qualified phlebotomists sets up onsite — typically processing 15-20 employees in around two hours — with each individual appointment taking just minutes. The standard blood panel covers major body systems: liver function (detecting early fatty liver or alcohol-related damage), kidney function (filtration and electrolyte balance), cardiovascular health (full lipid profile), pancreatic markers, blood glucose control, inflammatory markers, and bone/mineral balance. Optional add-ons include Vitamin D, iron studies, and thyroid function for a more detailed picture. Each employee receives easy-to-read personalised health insights with a lifestyle and risk factor assessment, guidance on flagged biomarkers, and recommendations for next steps. All results are sent confidentially by email — employers receive only participation summaries (number tested), never individual health data. Employees with abnormal results receive GP referral recommendations and can arrange optional telehealth consultations. The service is billed directly to employers at $229 per participant (discounts for larger groups) and is tax-deductible as a staff wellness initiative. The employer only needs to provide a clean workspace with a table, chairs, and handwashing access — Mobile Pathology supplies all equipment.
