Founded by James, a qualified phlebotomist with hospital and collection centre experience, the service was created to make pathology more accessible for the elderly, parents with young children, busy professionals, and those with mobility or health conditions. All collectors hold a nationally recognised Certificate III in Pathology Collection, and samples are processed through accredited Australian laboratories with results typically available within 1-2 days. A private home visit fee of $50-$100 applies depending on location, with Medicare-eligible pathology tests bulk-billed separately. The service accepts GP referrals, telehealth referrals, and self-request orders — no doctor's referral is required. VR goggles are available for needle-anxious patients. Pre-built wellness panels range from an $89 Lifestyle Analysis covering liver, kidney, metabolic, and hormone markers to a $199 Female Hormone Profile and $229 corporate Employee Health Screening packages.
