Medifis Clinic places dental implants from CZK 17,500 per fixture, with the ceramic crown on top from a further CZK 9,800. Implant care is led by MUDr. František Slíva, who has over 30 years of implantology experience and was the first in the Czech Republic to perform both the Brånemark Novum protocol for severely atrophied jaws and Nobel Guide navigated surgery. The clinic uses certified titanium and zirconium implants from leading global brands, plans every case with in-house 3D CBVT imaging and 3D-printed surgical templates, and can offer guided flapless surgery, same-day immediate implantation after extraction, and a full range of bone augmentation. Everything — surgery, augmentation and the CAD/CAM crown — is done in-house, so complex single-tooth to full-mouth cases are handled end to end.

A dental implant at Medifis Clinic replaces the root of a missing tooth with a small certified titanium or zirconium screw placed into the jawbone, onto which a custom ceramic crown is later fitted. Implant surgery is led by MUDr. František Slíva, who brings more than 30 years of implantology experience and a place in Czech dental history as the first to perform the Brånemark Novum protocol for extremely atrophied jaws and the first to carry out Nobel Guide navigated implantology. The clinic plans each case digitally: a 3D CBVT scan maps the bone volume and the position of nerves and the sinus, the implant is positioned virtually in software, and a 3D-printed surgical template transfers that plan precisely to the mouth. That planning enables several approaches. Standard placement covers everything from a single missing tooth to a full arch supported on multiple implants. Guided (navigated) surgery — the 'Teeth in an Hour' concept — uses the printed template to place implants flapless, often with an immediate provisional crown the same day. Immediate implantation places the implant into the socket at the same appointment as the tooth is extracted, reducing the number of surgeries and preserving bone. Where bone is insufficient, the clinic performs the full spectrum of augmentation — bone spreading and splitting, sinus lift, autologous bone-block grafting and soft-tissue augmentation — frequently supported by the clinic's in-house PRGF growth-factor concentrate to speed healing and integration. The implant fixture is placed under local anaesthesia and then left to integrate with the bone (osseointegration) over a period of weeks to months before the final crown, made in the clinic's own CAD/CAM laboratory, is fitted; with immediate-loading protocols a provisional tooth can be worn in the interim. Candidates are adults with one or more missing teeth and generally healthy gums; smokers and patients with diabetes or healing disorders can still be treated and benefit particularly from the PRGF support, though the dentist will assess risk carefully. After surgery, mild swelling and soreness for a few days are normal and managed with simple pain relief and good hygiene. Because surgery, any bone grafting, and the final prosthetics are all carried out in-house without external referral, even complex full-mouth rehabilitations are coordinated by one team from plan to finished teeth. A single completed implant tooth (fixture plus crown) typically starts around CZK 27,300, with guided surgery, augmentation and full-arch work quoted after assessment.
