Celiakie — Coeliac Disease Panel

Coeliac disease is an immune reaction to gluten that damages the small-intestine lining, causing bloating, diarrhoea, fatigue, weight change and nutrient malabsorption — and it often goes undiagnosed for years. MEDEOR's Celiakie package gives self-pay clients in Přerov a direct screening route.

The panel measures the coeliac-specific antibodies used in screening — typically anti-tissue-transglutaminase (anti-tTG) IgA and total IgA (to exclude IgA deficiency, which can cause false-negative results), with anti-endomysial or deamidated-gliadin antibodies where indicated.
