LABSHOP.cz is the consumer self-pay (samoplátce) online laboratory e-shop operated by SPADIA LAB, a.s., one of the largest accredited diagnostic laboratory networks in the Czech Republic. It lets the general public order a wide range of blood and diagnostic tests directly online without a doctor's referral (žádanka), then have the sample collected at a SPADIA collection point and receive results electronically. The catalogue spans preventive screening panels, organ-specific checks (heart, liver, kidney, thyroid), vitamin and micronutrient profiles, hormone and sex-specific panels, allergy and food-intolerance testing, genetic tests, infectious-disease and STD screens, sports-performance panels, gut-microbiome analysis, oxidative-stress and heavy-metal testing, and a biological-age (Humanity Age) assessment. Sample collection in Prague and Central Bohemia is available at several SPADIA points including Jičínská (Prague 3), Vítězné náměstí (Prague 6), and three sites in Prague 8 (Tišická, Zenklova, Uzavřená), backed by SPADIA's accredited central laboratory in Prague 3.
