Full Body Checkup

Duration

4 hours

KMI's most comprehensive screening, adding brain MRI and MRA, bone mineral density testing, expanded blood work with lipase, hepatitis A, ferritin, and additional tumour markers, comprehensive ultrasound coverage, CT imaging options, and a five-gene cancer panel. The Noble tier delivers executive-level diagnostic depth across neurological, skeletal, immunological, and genetic dimensions.

The Noble Checkup represents KMI's maximum-coverage screening package, bringing together advanced imaging, expanded laboratory analysis, and genetic testing in a single visit. It is designed for patients who want the most thorough assessment available and are comfortable investing a full half-day in the process. Brain MRI and MRA imaging are the centrepiece additions at this tier. The MRI evaluates cerebral parenchyma for tumours, white matter lesions, ischaemic changes, and structural abnormalities using multiple sequences including T1-weighted, T2-weighted, and FLAIR. The MRA maps cerebral arteries without contrast injection, screening for aneurysms, stenosis, and vascular malformations. Unruptured cerebral aneurysms are found in roughly three to five percent of the general population and are overwhelmingly silent until they rupture, making screening MRA one of the higher-value additions for patients who have not previously had brain imaging. Bone mineral density testing via dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry measures density at the lumbar spine and hip, producing T-scores that classify bone health according to World Health Organization criteria. The test takes approximately ten minutes and uses very low radiation, making it suitable as a routine addition to annual screening. The expanded blood panel adds lipase for pancreatic function, hepatitis A IgG and IgM serology, ferritin for iron storage assessment, and additional tumour markers beyond the Standard set. These additions improve coverage for conditions that the basic panel might miss, particularly early-stage pancreatic disease, prior hepatitis A exposure, and iron deficiency or overload. Five-gene cancer panels analyse inherited variants associated with elevated risk for specific cancer types, providing information that can guide future surveillance schedules and family counselling. While not a diagnostic test for active disease, genetic screening identifies predispositions with established clinical significance. Comprehensive ultrasound coverage extends across all abdominal and pelvic organs, and CT imaging options allow targeted evaluation of areas flagged by other tests. All Signature and Standard components carry forward. The physician consultation is extended to accommodate the volume of findings, and all results are delivered in a detailed English-language report.
