Sessions are available with a counsellor (SGD 160/50 min), counselling psychologist (SGD 200/50 min), or clinical psychologist (SGD 240/50 min) depending on complexity. The treatment approach draws primarily on cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), tailored to the individual's presenting stressors, whether professional, relational, or health-related. Sessions explore the cognitive patterns and behavioural cycles that perpetuate stress, and build practical coping tools including time management frameworks, cognitive restructuring, relaxation techniques, and behavioural activation. For clients with co-occurring anxiety or depression, the programme integrates evidence-based protocols for those conditions alongside stress management. Group therapy sessions are also available for those who benefit from a peer support context. Couples experiencing relationship stress can access joint sessions from SGD 200 per session with a counsellor. The tech-enabled model allows clients to use the Intellect app between sessions for mood tracking and guided exercises, supporting skill consolidation. The clinic operates from Marina One East Tower and 25 North Bridge Road, with evening appointments available on weekdays until 9pm, making it accessible for working professionals. No GP referral is required.
