MUDr. Strnadelová uses the EAV device to map organ functional load, immune status, and the presence of viral, bacterial, or fungal burdens — information that guides a fully personalised treatment plan drawn from the clinic's integrative toolkit of Chinese medicine, homeopathy, dietology, and phytotherapy.

The initial consultation at Institut Celostní Medicíny is a structured, hour-long diagnostic and planning session designed to identify the root cause of a patient's health concerns rather than managing symptoms in isolation. The session opens with a thorough case history covering current complaints, medical background, diet, stress patterns, sleep, and prior treatments — context that shapes everything that follows. The core diagnostic tool is EAV (electroacupuncture according to Voll), a non-invasive functional assessment that measures electrical conductance at acupuncture points on the hands and feet. These readings map the regulatory capacity of organs and body systems, flagging areas of inflammation, immune overload, or functional insufficiency.
