- Breast ultrasound: radiation-free assessment of breast tissue — useful for evaluating lumps, for dense breast tissue where mammography is less informative, and for younger women's preventive checks.
- Thyroid ultrasound: assesses gland size, structure and nodules — relevant for fatigue, weight changes, swallowing discomfort or known thyroid disease monitoring.
- Abdominal organs: liver (fatty liver, lesions), gallbladder and bile ducts (stones, wall changes), pancreas, spleen, kidneys and adrenals (stones, cysts, masses), and urinary bladder.
- Lymph nodes: evaluation of enlarged or palpable nodes anywhere accessible — neck, axilla, groin, popliteal region.

Preparation required
For abdominal examinations: fast 4–6 hours beforehand and avoid carbonated drinks. For bladder examination: arrive with a comfortably full bladder. Breast, thyroid, soft-tissue and lymph-node examinations require no preparation. Bring any previous imaging reports for comparison.
