Whole-body cryotherapy at FOXYLIFE uses an Aurora Cryosauna that drops to between −110°C and −180°C — a premium range that reaches colder than most local alternatives. Sessions last two to three minutes while an operator remains present throughout, and clients breathe normal room air with their head above the cabin. The dry nitrogen environment eliminates the moisture discomfort of an ice bath, making the thermal shock more tolerable and more consistent. FOXYLIFE recommends a minimum course of 10 sessions, ideally 15–20 over consecutive weeks at a frequency of two to three per week, for therapeutic benefits such as reduced joint inflammation, improved recovery times, and elevated mood from the endorphin release.
