Surgical fat removal at FNKV's plastic surgery department, from single-area tumescent liposuction under local anaesthesia (15,000 Kč) to large-extent body contouring under general anaesthesia (55,000 Kč). Liposuction permanently removes fat cells from diet-resistant deposits — outer thighs, abdomen, flanks, knees, chin — and at FNKV it can also be combined with abdominoplasty or gynecomastia surgery in a single anaesthetic. About this treatment
Liposuction remains the reference method for removing localised, diet-resistant fat deposits: it physically removes adipocytes, so treated areas hold their improved contour as long as weight stays broadly stable.
Tumescent technique (single area, 15,000 Kč, local anaesthesia)
The target area is infiltrated with dilute local anaesthetic and adrenaline solution, which numbs the tissue, minimises bleeding, and allows comfortable awake liposuction of one zone — such as the chin, knees, or a single thigh region — as day surgery without general anaesthesia.
