Surgical facial rejuvenation at the Czech Republic's largest plastic surgery department — from a mini-facelift under local anaesthesia targeting jowls and lower-face laxity, to a full facelift under general anaesthesia repositioning deeper tissues of the face and neck. The clinic's published menu also covers browlift, necklift and chin liposuction, making combined lower-and-upper-face plans possible within one institution. A full facelift at 75,000 Kč (~€3,000) is among the most competitive teaching-hospital facelift prices in Central Europe.

About this treatment

A facelift remains the only intervention that meaningfully repositions descended facial tissues — something injectables and energy devices can soften but not reverse once jowling and neck laxity are established.

Mini-facelift (55,000 Kč, local anaesthesia)

Through shorter incisions around the ear, the surgeon tightens the superficial musculoaponeurotic system (SMAS) of the lower face and removes excess skin. Best suited to patients in their 40s–50s with early jowls and good neck skin. Performed as day surgery under local anaesthesia with sedation-level comfort, avoiding general anaesthesia risks and cost.
