Consultation and implant choice
At the pre-operative consultation the surgeon measures chest and breast dimensions, discusses desired size and shape, and recommends implant type and placement (submuscular or subglandular). Implants are charged at cost on top of the surgical fee, so pricing stays transparent — you pay the published fee plus the actual implant price for the brand and profile you choose.
