Arm Lift & Thigh Lift

Both are performed under general anaesthesia with an inpatient stay at fixed published prices (arms 45,000 Kč, thighs 65,000 Kč), by a department that also handles complex reconstructive body surgery.

After significant weight loss — whether through lifestyle change or bariatric surgery — skin that has been stretched for years frequently lacks the elasticity to retract. The result is hanging folds on the inner arms ('bat wings') and inner thighs that cause clothing problems, chafing and self-consciousness, and that no exercise can correct because the issue is skin surplus, not fat or muscle. **Arm lift / brachioplasty (45,000 Kč):** Through an incision along the inner arm from armpit toward the elbow (length tailored to the skin excess), the surgeon removes the redundant skin and fat fold and re-drapes the arm contour.
