About this treatment
Infrared sauna therapy uses infrared light wavelengths to heat your body directly, rather than heating the surrounding air like a traditional sauna. This produces a deep, penetrating warmth at lower ambient temperatures (45–65°C vs. 80–100°C for traditional saunas), making sessions more comfortable and tolerable for longer periods.
The heat increases core body temperature, induces sweating, raises heart rate similarly to moderate exercise, and promotes vasodilation. Research suggests benefits for cardiovascular health, detoxification through sweating, pain relief, skin purification, and relaxation.

Who is this for?
People who find traditional saunas too hot or uncomfortable. Those seeking cardiovascular benefits from passive heat exposure. People interested in detoxification through sweating. Longevity enthusiasts — regular sauna use is associated with reduced all-cause mortality in observational studies.
Preparation required
