Hyaluronic Acid Dermal Fillers

Temporary hyaluronic-acid dermal fillers used to smooth folds, restore volume and enhance lips. Fillers are billed per 0.1 ml of material used, at 700 Kč per 0.1 ml.

Dermal fillers use hyaluronic acid, a substance the body produces naturally that binds water and gives skin its volume and hydration. Injected into the skin, the gel physically replaces lost volume and lifts folds, with a result that is visible immediately. Because hyaluronic acid is well tolerated and gradually broken down by the body, the effect is temporary and reversible if needed. Effect Clinic uses the SAYPHA range of hyaluronic-acid implants: SAYPHA Filler is suited to mid-to-deep wrinkles, nasolabial folds, the glabella, scar correction and lip enhancement, while SAYPHA Volume is formulated for deep wrinkles and restoring volume to areas such as the cheeks. Both are homogeneous S.M.A.R.T. gels containing no animal additives. After a consultation to agree the areas and the right product, the filler is injected precisely into the areas needing volume or correction. A fine needle or cannula is used, and a topical anaesthetic or the lidocaine within the gel keeps the treatment comfortable; the change is visible as you leave. Pricing is transparent and based on actual use — 700 Kč per 0.1 ml, or 7,000 Kč for a full millilitre — so a small touch-up costs less than a fuller correction, with totals typically ranging from 500 Kč up to 15,000 Kč depending on the area, the material and the volume required. Lip enhancement is around 7,000 Kč. Mild swelling, tenderness or small bruises may appear for a few days after treatment and settle on their own; the clinic advises avoiding heat, intense exercise and alcohol immediately afterwards. Hyaluronic-acid fillers are not permanent — the effect generally lasts several months to around a year before the gel is naturally reabsorbed, so periodic repetition maintains the result. The treatment suits adults wanting fuller or better-defined lips, softer nasolabial folds, restored cheek or facial volume, or correction of specific wrinkles and scars.
