Skin boosters and mesotherapy are injectable skin revitalisation techniques that deliver active hydrating and nutritive substances directly into the dermis — bypassing the surface barrier that limits topical product absorption — to improve skin quality at the cellular level. Unlike traditional fillers, which volumise specific anatomical features, skin boosters spread evenly through the tissue, creating a diffuse hydration and elasticity improvement across a broad area. Revitrane HA20 (2 ml, 3,500 Kč) is a monophasic non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid gel in high concentration — HA20 refers to 20 mg/ml — designed to be injected into the mid-dermis across the face, neck or décolleté using a series of fine, evenly spaced micro-injections. Hyaluronic acid is hygroscopic: each molecule binds water molecules up to 1,000 times its own molecular weight, so when deposited in the dermis it creates a water-binding reservoir that significantly improves skin hydration from within. Unlike cross-linked fillers that bulk up a specific zone, the HA in a skin booster redistributes through the tissue plane to produce uniform hydration, improved turgor and a notable luminosity or 'glow' response perceptible within a few days of treatment. Fillmed mesotherapy (3,500 Kč) uses the NCTF (New Cellular Treatment Factor) cocktail formulated by French laboratory Fillmed — a complex mixture of 64 active ingredients including non-cross-linked HA, 12 vitamins, 23 amino acids, 6 minerals, 6 coenzymes and 5 nucleic acid components. This multi-component approach addresses skin hydration, oxidative stress, cellular energy production and structural protein synthesis simultaneously. The cocktail is delivered in the same micro-injection pattern as the skin booster but provides a broader range of bioactive stimuli to the dermal fibroblasts. Both treatments begin with topical anaesthetic cream application for thirty minutes before injections. The micro-injection technique produces small, temporary papules at each injection point that typically flatten within twenty-four to forty-eight hours. Minor redness and occasional small bruising resolve within one to three days. Results build cumulatively: initial improvement in skin hydration and glow is noticeable after the first session, and quality — including elasticity and texture — continues to improve over two to three sessions spaced four weeks apart.
