Botulinum toxin treatment that softens the dynamic expression lines of the upper face — the vertical frown lines between the brows (glabella), the horizontal forehead lines and the crow's feet at the corners of the eyes. Tiny doses temporarily relax the small mimic muscles so the skin above them creases less when you frown, squint or raise your brows. At DENIFE the injections are placed with a very fine needle under local anaesthesia by MUDr. Hana Plachá, who trains other physicians in botulinum toxin application, aiming for a refreshed rather than frozen look.
About this treatment
Anti-wrinkle injections use small, precisely placed doses of botulinum toxin to temporarily reduce the activity of the facial mimic muscles.
