Cryo Plzeň

Cryo Plzeň operates a whole-body cryosauna on the second floor of the Galerie Slovany shopping centre in the Slovany district of Plzeň, inside the Max Fitness gym — making it easy to combine cold exposure with a training session. According to its own materials it is the only kryosauna in Plzeň. A session lasts roughly one to three minutes at temperatures of around −110 °C to −150 °C in dry, technically conditioned air, so only the skin surface cools while core body temperature is preserved. Clients undergo the procedure in underwear or swimwear; slippers and a bathrobe are provided, and watches, rings, and other metal items must be removed (piercings covered). The studio positions cryotherapy for recovery between training sessions, relief of muscle fatigue and joint or spine complaints, support for problem skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis, cellulite reduction, stress relief, and better sleep. Pricing is simple: a single procedure costs 600 Kč, with 5-session (10% off) and 10-session (20% off) packs bringing the per-session price down to 540 Kč and 480 Kč respectively. Bookings are taken in person at the Max Fitness reception or by phone, Monday to Thursday 08:00–19:00 and Friday 08:00–15:00; gift vouchers are sold via poukazyplzen.cz.
