Dorn Method PLUS (Manual Therapy)
Dorn Method PLUS is a gentle manual therapy that aims to realign joints and vertebrae to relieve musculoskeletal pain. At Cellthera it is delivered by Jan Šobáň, an accredited Dorn-method lector, who assesses the spine and joints and uses soft, guided movements to correct misalignments. The initial appointment runs about two hours and combines screening, hands-on corrections and instruction in home exercises so the patient can maintain the result. It is used for back, shoulder and hip pain, headaches, leg-length inequality and related complaints, with follow-up frequency tailored to the individual.

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) Therapy
PRP therapy concentrates the platelets and growth factors from a patient's own blood and injects them where healing is needed. At Cellthera a small blood sample is spun in a centrifuge to separate the platelet-rich plasma, which is then injected into a joint, tendon, soft-tissue injury or other site to stimulate the body's own repair processes. Autologous Stem Cell Application (SVF) for Joints
Cellthera's flagship regenerative procedure, applying a patient's own mesenchymal stem cells contained in the stromal vascular fraction (SVF) of adipose tissue to a damaged joint. In a single day the clinic harvests roughly 50 ml of fat by mini-liposuction under local anaesthetic, takes a blood sample, isolates and concentrates the cells in its own SÚKL-licensed tissue facility using the founder's patented method, and re-injects the cell preparation directly into the affected joint. It is offered for osteoarthritis, cartilage defects, meniscus, tendon and ligament injuries and other degenerative or overload conditions, as a non-surgical alternative for patients who want to use their own cells. The whole sequence is performed at the Brno facility, where extraction, processing and injection happen on the same visit.
