AZATACA Plastic Surgery offers a comprehensive breast surgery programme spanning aesthetic enhancement and complex reconstructive procedures. The practice uses Motiva implants for breast augmentation — a modern ergonomic implant with a strong safety profile, available in round and anatomical profiles, placed via the inframammary or axillary approach under general anaesthesia. Breast lift (mastopexy) is performed for patients with ptotic breasts following pregnancy, weight loss, or ageing, and can be combined with augmentation where volume enhancement is also desired. Breast reduction addresses symptomatic macromastia (neck pain, back pain, skin rashes) using SPAIR, vertical scar, or inverted-T techniques depending on the degree of reduction required, with many cases claimable under Medisave and insurance. Breast reconstruction after mastectomy is a core strength of the practice: Dr Mohamed Zulfikar Rasheed trained at the Jules Bordet Institute in Brussels in microsurgical breast reconstruction, and the team performs both implant-based and autologous flap reconstruction (DIEP, LD flap).
