Founded in 2017 by three longstanding colleagues — Dr Christopher Chui, Dr Mohamed Zulfikar Rasheed, and Dr Terence Goh — AZATACA Plastic Surgery brings together over 70 combined years of plastic and reconstructive surgery experience. All three surgeons are MOH-accredited consultants trained at Singapore General Hospital, each holding HMDP fellowships from specialist centres in Germany, Belgium, and South Korea respectively. Dr Goh is a past president of the Singapore Association of Plastic Surgeons. The practice operates from two medical centres: Gleneagles Medical Centre in the Orchard/Napier corridor and Royal Square Medical Centre in Novena. AZATACA covers the full spectrum of aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery — facial rejuvenation (facelift, necklift, fat grafting), eyelid surgery (double eyelid, ptosis correction, eye bag removal), rhinoplasty (aesthetic and reconstructive), breast surgery (augmentation with Motiva implants, reduction, lift, reconstruction), and body contouring (liposuction, tummy tuck, mummy makeover). The practice also handles complex reconstructive cases including head and neck cancer reconstruction, lower limb salvage, and microsurgical breast reconstruction — a marker of genuine surgical depth beyond aesthetic-only clinics. All procedures are performed by the three founding consultants, ensuring senior-level continuity of care.
